ISO and question!

Hi all, I'm looking for:

ISO

NARS Light Reflecting pressed powder (I may also go for the loose) - I don't think this is available for purchase everywhere yet!

and asking:

What is the best eyeshadow shade for dark brown hair? I'm naturally blonde so my brows are a mouse colour, I fill them in so they look darker but I don't know what the go-to shade is for dark brunettes. My shade of brunette is on the cooler side. I tried MUFE Aqua Brow in the second shade, it's named 02 here but I think it's the shade 15 Blonde, and it's way too warm.
